Oxy-acetylene cutting

Cutting sheet metal with a thickness of up to 25 mm is ensured by the powerful MGM Omnicut 3100 cutting machine. The cutting machine allows you to cut both regular and shaped parts. It is used for our own production, as well as for cooperation with other customers. We program cutting plans on the computer according to provided printed or electronic drawings (in formats DXF, DWG, etc.) and transfer them into the machine via a computer network or USB interface from a flash drive.

The range of use of cut parts is extensive, from building structures, machinery parts, suppliers for the automotive industry, parts for weldments of mining locomotives, hydraulic motor eyes and more. We can even custom blast cut parts in a continuous jet. The maximum size of a blasted part is 500 x 1,000 x 6,000 millimetres to a maximum weight of 1,000 kilograms.

Format and types of cut materials

• maximum size of cut material is 2000 x 8000 mm
• maximum thickness of steel plates is 150 mm
• we cut steel of various grades with oxy-acetylene, however, most often 11 375 or 11 523
• we can also cut aluminium materials

Orders are accepted by the Sales Department in person, by telephone, fax, post or email. Customers can order cut parts including our supplied material, or provide their own material.
